Attention #TTRPG community: If you found an indie game or supplement you like, take a moment to tell the creator on social media. Unlike big companies, indie devs WILL notice and often greatly appreciate you taking the time to reach out. Sometimes it's the only way we know anyone likes our stuff!

You're going to hear stories about MacArthur Park in LA & how it's a "hotbed of historic lawlessness" and as a street med doc who's worked there, that's not the Mac Park I know.

To use Tolkien-esque metaphors: Artists are like Eru Ilúvatar, bearing the Flame Imperishable. The gift of art and creation. AI users are akin Morgoth. Incapable of art and creation - but corruption. "Tortured and mutilated… a ruined and terrible form of life" Except no form of life at all.

Call congressmen. TALK to whomever picks up. I want an immediate future that is stable for ALL people, not torn apart by the very few who hold power. Removing public information is outrageous. Alienating neighboring allies is wrong. Removing people who can change things is wrong.

On formatting my Call of Cthulhu campaign, Embraced Fate, there be progress!! #jadegriffinauthor #callofcthulhuttrpg #indieauthor

two-page spread of the finished formatting for Embraced Fate, a Call of Cthulhu tabletop rpg. It shows a picture of an old shipwreck, a flotsam table, and the text associated with the adventure.

Unusual Paisley patterns etched into wood: The wards around the Paisley Foundation's front doors. They appear to be an odd design combining beak-like paisley, strange curling leaves with circles and half moons cut out of it, and various combinations of these elements in a dark green ink on a woodgrain surface.

One-page spread of part of the Embraced Fate campaign for Call of Cthulhu listing a side quest where investigators encounter a mob contingent in Graniteville, Vermont in 1922. Two new non-player characters hold focus on the page: Danny the Dentist who extracts information as well as teeth, and Don Paolo Profaci, the mob boss. Tips on how and when to work them in are included.
