I’m not the techie one in my home (spouse set up my stuff), but if I remember right, I think self-hosting, etc. made mine even cheaper than what I was doing with Wordpress before.

I really wish it was easier to discern what’s going to be a more viable replacement for things like Instagram, etc. I haven’t been using Meta, but I also haven’t deleted it either because at one point that’s HOW people found out about artists’ shops.

One of the frustrating parts of this (aside from the obvious one) is how doctors can still be really dismissive of conditions like this which delays the few treatments that are available. I hope you find something that helps soon. A family member is going to try the Perrin technique; we’ll see.
