It's gonna be new overlays, new screens, new alerts, everything but my model and logo are changing! This is Part 1 of a much bigger project that's still in development! I will have one more little teaser before Tuesday, but I hope you'll join me Tuesday night and enjoy the new look!

It's 1:30 AM. My partner is asleep. I am at my desk waiting for my Advil to kick in, as I hurt my back cleaning and laying down hurts. I am ordering air filters for our cars that I promised I would change. At the age of 29, I have become my father. Things could be a lot worse.

Hey I think it should be said with the next round of "Discord age verification" scares and panic coming around Do NOT drop everything and run to a website you heard about 30 min ago and had not looked into at all The amount of vibe coded slop preying upon people's worry is alarming

Hello, and welcome to a post I'd like to call "These Games Majorly Changed Jacob's Brain Chemistry!" Some of these aren't my all-time favorite games, but they were the gateways into games that are. Though I did have to include my GOAT Explorers of Sky.

The Nine Games That Shaped Who I Am: Pokemon Emerald Version, Halo Reach, Gran Turismo 4, Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky, Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy, The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass, Skyrim, Team Fortress 2 & Super Monkey Ball

I've had a lot better luck with VGen than skeb, I had a whole slew of artists from skeb turn down a commission because of the cyclops design

It took me nearly 3 years of streaming, and about a year of having a unique design to myself, but....I'm finally falling down the VGen rabbit hole. Not since the OG lootboxes in Overwatch has my wallet been in this much trouble, this shit is DANGEROUS.

So! I've been asked several times about fanart, specifically about if I'd be interested in getting NSFW Art done. Since there is renewed interest, and to establish my new art tag #VoidSketch, here are some fanart and NSFW art rules for the void! If you wanna do art together, just ask me!

Hello fellow vtuber creatures, I need some opinions. What do we think about overlays? I made my own (pictured below) and have been using this format for at least a couple years. Do y'all like it? Do you like a different style of overlay better? No overlay at all? Just want some opinions! #vsky

Between finally getting my Xbox 360 and PS4 out of storage, and seeing all of the games from the Direct today that actually excited me, I've personally not been this excited for my gaming prospects in quite awhile. So many options!

An Update on Where I Am, How I Am, & What's to Come

Hello, everyone, I hope that anyone reading this is having a wonderful day so far! I’m writing this to give everyone a bit of an update on where things are right now, two months into my hiatus.

A lot of people have been asking how I’m doing mentally and...it’s a mixed bag. As I poster recently, someone very close to me has suffered multiple medical emergencies in the last month, and their health has weighed on me a lot. I also struggle a lot with my own thoughts and self worth, a battle that’s waged on as long as I’ve been alive. Streaming stuff on occasion makes these moments worse, but I’m doing my best to keep my head in check. I’m trying to stay in good spirits. Sometimes I’m even successful at it! I’m hoping that will continue to improve over time.

As for streaming, there is still no timetable to return to regular streaming any time soon. I still fully intend on streaming, but I’m also enjoying the bit of freedom not having a streaming schedule gives me. I do hope to come back some time before 2027. I do know I want to do something for my birthday in late November, especially this is a big birthday (the Big 30), but I’m not sure of anything after that.

One thing I do want to note is that when I do return, there will be some changes. Nothing major, I’ll still be the void creature you all know and tolerate, but I am working on some ideas on revamping the visuals of my stream as a whole. You will get to see more of that in due time.

All in all, I’m here. My head is above water. I’m doing the best that I can do. And I hope to get to a point where I can get back to doing the best I can on stream for you guys.

Thanks,
Jacob

Today was an incredibly difficult day. We went to go see a family friend, one who's like a grandmother to me, while she is recovering from having two strokes within a month. She's in very rough shape. I wasnt ready for it. I'm so heartbroken, for her and her family. It's just a really hard day.

Yeah, that's always confused me. I can kinda see it purely from a shallow "stick it to the man" type mindset, but like...if you're boycotting something, just don't play the game. There are so many games out there, why spend your energy on something you're actively avoiding spending money on?
