An Update on Where I Am, How I Am, & What's to Come

Hello, everyone, I hope that anyone reading this is having a wonderful day so far! I’m writing this to give everyone a bit of an update on where things are right now, two months into my hiatus.

A lot of people have been asking how I’m doing mentally and...it’s a mixed bag. As I poster recently, someone very close to me has suffered multiple medical emergencies in the last month, and their health has weighed on me a lot. I also struggle a lot with my own thoughts and self worth, a battle that’s waged on as long as I’ve been alive. Streaming stuff on occasion makes these moments worse, but I’m doing my best to keep my head in check. I’m trying to stay in good spirits. Sometimes I’m even successful at it! I’m hoping that will continue to improve over time.

As for streaming, there is still no timetable to return to regular streaming any time soon. I still fully intend on streaming, but I’m also enjoying the bit of freedom not having a streaming schedule gives me. I do hope to come back some time before 2027. I do know I want to do something for my birthday in late November, especially this is a big birthday (the Big 30), but I’m not sure of anything after that.

One thing I do want to note is that when I do return, there will be some changes. Nothing major, I’ll still be the void creature you all know and tolerate, but I am working on some ideas on revamping the visuals of my stream as a whole. You will get to see more of that in due time.

All in all, I’m here. My head is above water. I’m doing the best that I can do. And I hope to get to a point where I can get back to doing the best I can on stream for you guys.

Hiatus Announcement I'll see everyone again soon, I promise.

Hello, everyone. Due to worsening struggles with my mental health, I am announcing that I will be entering an indefinite hiatus, effective immediately. Currently, there is no time table on when I will return.

I apologize for the suddenness of this announcement, as I have been discussing plans for collabs and ideas for streams very recently. However, on Sunday I had a moment that made me realize that I am simply not in the right headspace to attempt streaming at this point in time. This has been something I have been struggling with for a long time, and have been putting off as I simply love streaming and do not want to give it up. However, at this point I have to prioritize my mental well-being, for my own sake.

I thank you for the continued support since my redebut in December, as well as during the Rainbow Rat Parade in June. I ask you to continue supporting my partner and our friends on their streaming and content creation journeys. This is not a graduation or a good-bye. Once I am able to approach streaming from a healthier mindset, then I will slowly ease back into things. I will still be active on my socials (Twitter and Bluesky both) and I will still be on my friends streams on occasion, so I won’t be completely gone. I just gotta improve things for myself before streaming on my own again.
