I have been invited to a couple of Halloween parties this year. I didn't want to spend $150 on a costume so I decided to make my own... $200 in materials later and I still have to actually make parts of the costume

Not the best photo, but the whole squad finally has printed and painted minis! (+ A bonus of my characters mini from the previous campaign in the same setting in the middle there)

5 dnd minis: a red hobgoblin woman in a white lab coat, a blonde elf man in a tan blazer holding a revolver, a red tiefling man in a blue trenchcoat and grey hat holding a revolver, a green lizardfolk man wearing a brown full suit and holding a revolver, and a tall woman with a green halo and black wings, wearing a matching brown hat and trenchcoat over metal armor, hand on a great sword and other hand producing green magic.

Had a painting session this afternoon with my partner, painting two of our friends' characters for a modern fantasy noir D&D campaign we're all in. I painted Detective Connors the lizardfolk and my partner painted Detective Finch the elf.

I haven't been painting any minis recently, but I have been DMing a noir fantasy detective campaign. Here's my girlfriend's character from the campaign that she painted (right) and my character from a previous campaign in this setting that I finally got around to painting a few months ago

Two DnD minis on painting handles, paints in the background. Left is a red tiefling holding a revolver pistol wearing a dark blue trenchcoat and a dark black hat with a cigar sticking out of his mouth. On the right is a large asimar woman wearing a brown trench coat over dark black metal armor. She has a huge great sword on her belt and is casting dark green magic with one hand. She has a dark green halo and black feathered wings with green tips.

I haven't painted anything recently, so here's something I painted a couple of months ago: the ancient blue dragon from my profile picture! This took me about a month off and on, painted with just regular acrylic mini paints.
