The "AI is coming for jobs" narrative contributes to a scarcity mindset that destroys worker solidarity. I think we can look at anti-trust, tax policy, regulation, consumer protection, labor rights, and rights to housing, healthcare, childcare, and transportation without mentioning "AI" at all.
