This is the CD for Eazy-E's debut extended play, 5150: Home 4 tha Sick, held in my left hand; very blurry due to 2009 camera phone tech (black/greenish-yellow/black text)
It was released in December 1992 via Ruthless Records and Priority Records.
The EP features five tracks: "Intro: New Year's E-vil", "Only If You Want It", "Neighborhood Sniper", "Niggaz My Height Don't Fight", and "Merry Muthafuckin' Xmas".
It was certified gold by the RIAA in February 1993.
The songs are now included on the remastered version of Eazy-E's debut album, Eazy-Duz-It.
