In the long term, I imagine a global community-driven AI infrastructure where people collectively operate artificial intelligence and where access to advanced AI is no longer controlled by a small number of companies.

I believe that a decentralized artificial intelligence network is technically achievable because modern peer-to-peer networking and distributed computing systems have already proven that such architectures can work at global scale.

In my concept, a reputation system would help prioritize reliable nodes within the network. Nodes that provide accurate and fast results would gain higher trust and therefore receive more tasks.

Let me think out loud a little… it will long... I imagine this project as a decentralized artificial intelligence network that does not run on central servers but is built from the computers of its users. The system would be based on a peer-to-peer architecture similar to how Tox operates.

In the past, I participated in many projects where I provided professional knowledge or other resources. By now I’ve reached the point where, if someone needs my expertise, they either pay for it or I show them the door - and I’m not willing to convince clients anymore that they need me.

This idea can only work if we forget about business goals and create an AI in such a way that it becomes freely accessible to everyone. If that can be achieved, then there is a chance that people will stand behind the project.
