She's the gal on the right. When I visit her I always make it to a show. They're in Philly now but moving to Boulder.

Tornado season is here again! Now that I've been in TWO, yes I have already been IN 2 tornados, I feel like I can give advice or at least clear up some Tornado myths we were raised with that could be dangerous.

My son did it!! This is huge, guys! Since we've moved here, we've had resources like we've never had before. He had a driving instructor and he has someone helping him to find a job. It's a lot of pressure off me and nice that he doesn't have to do all this with his mom. Independence incoming!!!

Our wall-tree tradition started one year I was simply working too many jobs and ran out of time. This is what I came up with Xmas Eve when I got home from work after midnight. The kids love it! Here's a few examples from over the years, there are lots of advantages over real or artificial ones.

Christmas lights are strung on the wall in the shape of a Christmas Tree. Ornaments are hung along the strands and it's topped with a bow. The presents are placed in front of the wall-tree.
