How in the every loving hell did they ALL forget their passwords at the same time? Management decided the new building didn't need Ethernet. "Because Wifi". No one could figure out how to print, and someone actively using Word asked me how to download it onto their computer. How is this a thing?

I've been weirdly on edge and angry a lot recently. I don't think it's the whole working 2 weeks straight thing though. I only gave up one weekend for that. No, it's the general incompetence with computers that the large group of personnel seem to be demonstrating all at the same time.

Decided I needed to move to a self-hosted solution for my books. I was using Jellyfin, but I don't think it works quite as well as it could. So testing out Grimmory (forked from Storylore) and it's pretty cool. Though the Genres being pulled in are a bit much. Going to need to clean that up.

Over the last 10 yrs, sharpshooters hired by the B.C. govt have killed hundreds of wolves from helicopters to "save" struggling caribou herds. The real cause of caribou decline isn't wolves, though - it's habitat destruction. This isn't endangered species conservation, BC. It's willful ignorance.
