Your periodic reminder that not every fat person can take GLP-1s and get miraculously skinny. GLP-1s are not for everybody. In particular, if you take medication for other conditions, the GLP-1 can block those medications and make them ineffective. Google "ozempic pregnancy" to see how this works.

These stories I hear about men harassing women in bars, at gyms, etc. - it seems like the guy is EXPECTING that the woman will be open to this kind of overture. They ignore body language and even actual spoken language that signifies a lack of interest. So where does that expectation come from?

I just scheduled a bunch of depositions to start at 3 am local time. (They are physically in Italy with video feed.) Now, I mean I'd handle this by charting a plane to Italy with all my law firm besties and making a week of it. Take some depositions, see some art, sample a few good reds.

I've been using those "Compound W" bandages to remove a wart on my foot. Today, the bandage stuck a little and when I pulled on it, an entire 2-inch wide and several layers thick piece of skin came off with it. I mean, the wart is gone. I'll give you that.

So today, I took my tablet to Spravato therapy so I could watch a psychedelic video, while listening to Pandora Radio on my phone. It worked great until I fell asleep five minutes into the session.

Back when Rogue One first came out, my wife and I were in Arizona. Our flight back home was canceled because the crew timed out. A long line formed at the check in desk. People were surly. One lady behind me, in particular, kept trying to engage me with how shitty this airline was, etc.
