I bought this course back last year. Will this allow me to access the new material this time around? Looking forward to seeing the changes!

I’m unsure if it has captions for the videos? Hugely interested in buying both courses however I need captions to be able to follow along.

@miocene.io I just watched your CSS battle with @kevinpowell.co and was like wow! Then watched one of your videos - the dog one which was incredible. I'm just wondering what browser you were using in the video. Looks like Chrome but not quite Chrome?

Hey Jeremy. It's a shame that the Design System isn't public as we are looking into getting a CMS that will enable Designers to be able to contribute to documentation and so on. Our current iteration of that is very dependent on Engineers to do it which eats away at our time for creating components.

@storyblok.com you might want to investigate blok.ink. We were looking at it to see what it does for a Design System and it's giving me a 404 error. See attached screenshot.
A screenshot of the Design System for Storyblok - https://blok.ink that is displaying a 404: NOT_FOUND page. It includes the Code: 'DEPLOYMENT_NOT_FOUND' error alongside with a ID. A message also saying 'This deployment cannot be found. For more information and troubleshooting, see our documentation.'

behold the "HTML bomb" It's a counterattack for AI companies that persistently scrape and rescrape your web site, even when you tell them not to when a scraper grabs it, it becomes a 10-gig HTML page and 💣 goes the scraper Item #6 in my latest "Linkfest" newsletter: buttondown.com/clivethompso...
A Chrome browser error page displays the familiar “Aw, Snap!” message, indicating that something went wrong while loading a webpage. A pixelated frowning file icon with Xs for eyes appears at the top left. Below, the error code reads “Out of Memory,” suggesting the browser ran out of system resources. That was given to me by @itsmero.bsky.social! I think they got it from somewhere 😅 Fun fact: it’s all stuck on a sheet of paper so I can always take it out and put it in a new laptop with a transparent case cover so that it’ll last longer. I also personally believe 13” laptops are the perfect size

A laptop lid with multiple stickers that range from Star Wars, to conferences like JSconf, CSSconf, a Google Chrome pixel dinosaur T-Rex, some WoW references… if you know. You know!

Accessibility should be user centred not just compliance with WCAG audits as @craigabbott.co.uk shows us several examples of where passing WCAG rules doesn’t necessarily make a product accessible! Very enlightening! #FrontEndNorth

Design Systems. Are they a system of harm? @amyhupe.bsky.social navigates through the issues that affect and excluding a wide range of people through bias. This was an eye opener. Also we should improve on inclusivity in design systems! #FrontEndNorth

@whitep4nth3r.com takes us on a journey of the World Wide Web as if it was 1995! I’m very grateful we have CSS now and not Cascading HTML style sheets. Also loved the overscan effect that would come up on the screen intermittently. Press the degauss button on the monitor! #FrontEndNorth
