Universities are in a tough spot as they can't be sure what the final grad student loan limits will be due to lawsuits, but classes are starting shortly. Professional associations advise institutions to discuss with their own legal counsel, which isn't a satisfying answer. Watch this closely.

ICYMI: Financial aid experts are expressing concern as the Trump administration delays its annual FSA Conference. A source within the Education Department told me the event is just being pushed back until March. But a department spokesperson has yet to confirm that statement.
