🎆 Patches and Muffin 🎇 I fell in love with the AU @ abbytabbys.bsky.social made on her insta Speedpaint available on my pony insta 👀 #mlp #mlpau #mylittlepony #mlpfim #mlpfanart

A drawing of two ponies: Muffin (also known as Derpy), and Patches, who is the mane six “patched” together into a new alicorn after the mane six died. If you haven’t seen Patches before, she is a character from Abby Tabby’s insta stories. The two ponies sit side-by-side as they look up to the sky and watch a fireworks show.

🔥The Exchange🔥 Based off a chapter from my darkfic: To Blaze Through Hindrance. (Readers will know this was extremely toned down from what was written) #mlp #SunsetShimmer #mylittlepony

The art depicts Sunset Shimmer from My Little Pony, experiencing a magical overload as her horn flares, and wings of flame sprout from her shoulders. This references a scene in my darkfic, when Sunset Shimmer and the phoenix make a deal.

Lots of red, orange, and yellow are used in this piece, as well as some murky black on the bottom to emphasize the magical surge happening in Sunset’s body.

My love as a pony: Phillip R Hoover ⚙️💨 Took me a while to find motivation to figure out a male-rendition of my pony-style. I think I did a pretty good job #mlp #mlpoc #mylittlepony

A drawing of a bold red male earth pony oc based off of My Little Pony. The pony, Phillip, has short, fluffy burnt orange hair, with a braid hanging from behind his chipped ear. His tail is long and braided, similar to the braid in his mane. Both braids are tied down with yellow hair ties. Phillip’s eye are a dark emerald green, and he has freckles across the middle of his face, and along his forelegs. Phillip’s cutiemark is a yellow gear, with an air symbol next to it. For those unfamiliar with the air sign, it’s a common symbol for vacuums. Phillip’s special talent is repairing vacuums!

This design is similar to Big Macintosh’s design from mlp, G4.

A screenshot of Minty Snowlfake (my oc) looking at Phillip with blush on both the oc’s faces

I’m stepping away entirely from content creation, voice acting, and sound design. I’m going to go on an indefinite hiatus. If you’d like to hear my thoughts on this, please keep reading

So, if you’ve been a long-time follower of me, even back to when I went as the name: Snow Dust, you may have already seen the pattern of me disappearing, coming back, rebranding, promising content, and then disappearing, coming back, rebranding, promising content etc etc.

I’m putting an end on that today until, in the future, I can get my shit figured out.

I simply don’t feel like I have things handled in my reality. And in the most recent years with our current political and economic situation, it’s become so much harder to keep up with things.

No, I’m not in financial need, I’m not in danger of becoming homeless or anything like that.

To redo my past sentence… I simply don’t feel like I have the right system set up for myself to have the time and energy to continue my passions.

If I have the time, I don’t have the energy. If I have the energy, I don’t have the time.

Because of this dilemma, to put it frankly, I am depressed.

It’s come to the point that I’m becoming unhappy with everything else in my life.

I’ve dealt with depression before, and I know this is one of those signs to look out for.

Over these past few weeks, I’ve been thinking…

Content creation, voice acting, and sound design has always been put on the back burner when I become busy or unmotivated.

I wanted it be a motivator to pick myself up and try harder to get things worked out.

But now it’s become a delusional burden.

All the projects, the roles, and the commitments I’ve promised. The weight on my shoulders hurts. Especially since those promises are for something I know I would love doing.

As much as my anxieties don’t want me to let go of this, I have to acknowledge that I’m tired.

I’m so tired.

It wouldn’t be fulfilling if I did anything now. Honestly, I might just burn myself out, and lead myself to hate these hobbies even more. I can’t feel like that again.

Until recently, my perspective about leaving or continuing my hobbies has been negative. Like a black-and-white visual that if I leave, I’m 100% done and can never come back.

I’ve had to change that perspective.

I’m not walking away. I’m just taking a step in a different direction.

So. I’m going to go on an indefinite hiatus.

Is anything going to change?

Not really, my disappearance this time will have a reason, and I’m more than likely going to be gone for at least another year.

I won’t be doing anything in the background for collaborations, the only contribution I might do is repost things, and post an art piece or something from time-to-time, but anything audio-related is not going to happen anymore until I get things figured out.

This is Izzle Shizzle. Take care of yourselves.

Automatically insisting what someone’s gender identity SHOULD be (read: should NOT could) based on how they look/act is toxic as fuck. ESPECIALLY when you’re attacking the person who fought for actual YEARS for queer rep and had their show cancelled for it.
