They are calling it a pixel. Let's see what they have to say about it from here. I am curious about the "imbalanced" multi-element pixel on a display; that sort of "imbalance" is most common in the sensing of light, particularly in consumer-grade cameras.
The Bayer pattern for red, green, blue sending elements (northeast red, southeast green, southwest blue, northwest green, repeating) is common for consumer cameras. Simple interpolation algorithms can "fill in the gaps" to produce a full red, green, and blue image.

getting into Kabbalah
A peculiar yet visually balanced diagram that attempts to show the relationships of units of volume in the imperial system, from gallons to teaspoons. Each volume measure is a circular node, and lines link the nodes. Numbers at each end of the lines show the conversion; e.g., 16 cups to one gallon. The measures of one-third cup and two-thirds cup also appear, leading to numerous crossed lines. Many lines continue past the bottom bound of the image, implying that the esoteric hell of imperial volume measurements continues ad infinitum. The portion of the diagram depicted bears a mild resemblance to the Tree of Life.

21st Century Christmas Man
A photograph, supposedly from the 1920s, of a man in a peculiar Santa costume. The costume includes a full face mask painted red. He is holding a toddler who appears perplexed, their eyes wide and brow furrowed.

In the original poster's opinion, the Santa mask bears a slight resemblance to the face on the cover of King Crimson's 1969 album "In the Court of the Crimson King," the first song of which is titled "21st Century Schizoid Man."

A photo from the top of a castle tower overlooking green hills and small mountains at dawn or dusk. The caption reads, "Amazing views and really cheap parking and enough of them to accommodate all the visitors of the castle. You can drive all the way up to the castle with your car and park it in the nearby parking lots." The first two words of the caption are highlighted green to indicate that they are about the destination, and the rest of the caption is highlighted red to indicate that they are about cars.

I don't get enough time for my hobbies outside of work, such as drawing, so I try to incorporate them into my work when I can. There are plenty of opportunities to draw in researching photogrammetry. A description of what's going on here is in the alt text
A perspective drawing of the area covered by a tilted aerial photograph. The camera is looking downward at a flat surface, but at an angle. Because the camera is tilted with respect to the flat surface, the area imaged by the camera is a trapezoid, with a narrower field of view toward the area below the camera and a wider field of view toward the horizon. Various elements of this geometry are labeled, for example the height of the camera, the tilt angle, and the dimensions of the trapezoid. #art

A portrait of a person in a dark room with a stark relief of shadow across their face. Only about half of their face is illuminated. Over the face is a drawn network of triangles which reduces the face into a sort of polyhedron. Each triangle is one of four colors, and no two triangles of the same color touch. The triangles are outlined in black. The triangles are hollow so that small portions of the face are still visible.

New fourth panel dropped
A comic strip from webcomicname.com with an added fourth panel.

The first panel is a blue space, and has a large group gray people telling a small group of pink people, "You do not fit in here."

The second panel has the pink people smiling inside a yellow square within the blue panel. They are saying, "Okay we will make our own place."

The third panel shows the gray people outside the yellow square saying, "Why are you excluding us," and the pink people, now with straight faces, saying, "blocked." This is modified from the original comic, where the pink people said, "oh no."

The fourth panel is an addition to the original comic. The gray people have no faces, and their speech bubble says "⚠️ blocked," in a manner similar to what appears in place of a post from an account blocked by a user on Bluesky. The pink people are smiling again.
