I bought a 'family' size of coleslaw veg = ~4 meals worth. After 2 meals, I ran out of vegan mayo. But, I happened to have a ripe avocado. So, I smashed it up and mixed it well with the cabbage blend. Oh my wow! 🏆 I'm a convert. (Maybe this was already a thing for people, but it was new to me.)

#InternationalCatDay There are no health benefits to allowing a cat to have a litter, & it can actually increase the risk of certain health problems for both the mother & kittens. Spaying, or neutering for males...for the overall well-being of the cat and to prevent overpopulation & health issues.

From PETA. 1 unspayed female cat and her offspring can lead to 370,000 kittens a year.
