Even though I talked it out with my manager who led with “I’m very disappointed, but we’re human. But, it’s not the standard you set for yourself usually and it won’t happen again” she even gave me a huge hug after and told me not to dwell on it. Well I’m dwelling. I’m dwelling hard.

I completely fucked up at work on Tuesday. 100% my own fault and poor time management. I’ve NEVER fucked up that badly in my entire working life. Especially never at my current workplace or with my current manager. It’s haunting me. Even though I spoke it through with said manager.

The person who got the position is very deserving. I’m still hurt however… I trained them. I’ve got more experience with this industry in comparison. I’m happy for them but also angry, especially because ideally we need more than just one full time supervisor but the company doesn’t want to pay it.
