T-Minus 3 Days before the move to the #Netherlands. If you have any connections to User Groups related to .NET, JS/TS, Vue, or Azure...I'd love a link. Gotta get connected to the community.

I hate reading books from a screen. And yeah. There are ePaper readers. But. You can also just buy paperbacks. Thanks @technologytulip.bsky.social for my Christmas gift.

I'm not a public speaker (yet?), so I'm pretty proud of myself that I just finished an internal presentation in front of 55-ish architects of what we are doing. It went well! Who knows, maybe it's the first step to start talking on stage in front of unfamiliar people?

Someone dropped this on my desk with the words: "Something lovely from Colombia". I guess I'll be extra awake in the coming days.

Some golden bags with an unknown substance. Both are marked, one with "Narino Colombia" one "Guajira Colombia".

Preparing an internal #Backbase presentation for ~120 people 2 days in advance. On time, for a change.

Men: Be an ally and disrupt the bro code. When you hear harassment directed at women, you can say: - "Not funny" - “We don’t do that here.” - “I find that offense, and I don’t ever want to hear that again.” www.fastcompany.com/91229814/men...

Men: It’s time to disrupt bro code and shut down misogyny

Going against your gender's long-standing bro code to promote an equitable and inclusive workplace is where the cost of allyship gets real.
