We'll remain in Vector and watch for anything out of the ordinary. #FF6

Sabin and Edgar read the newspaper. It says, "Vector Times - King Figaro shows true colors! Betrays Gestahl!"

Setzer looks at a magazine. It's called Gestahlian Life magazine and has a picture of a smiling soldier with a smiling child on his shoulders and his smiling wife behind him. Cover advertises easy recipes, ideas for curfew, fun things to do inside, updated guide to civilian magic, fun magic exercises for kids, how to apply for magic infusion

Cyan and Gau walk by a large red billboard. It says Report Returners and three stylized men point. A starburst is right over Cyan's head.

The Forlorn Dragon Knight Finally finished our art stream challenge: Making a Final Fantasy Character into a Dark Souls Boss! and I chose Rat Wife, Freya. What if she resigned herself to being forgotten, stalking the war torn city of Burmecia? #geearttag #ffix #finalfantasy

An oil painting style of Freya Crescent from Final Fantasy 9, in the style of a Dark Souls boss.
She's holding a spear, crouched on a rooftop in Burmecia as rain is falling on her.

I feel like I've been "near the end now" for A LONG TIME, but. I really really must be near the end now. Clive is full of Eikons. You would not believe how many Eikons you can get in this guy.

me, STILL slowly playing my way through Final Fantasy XVI, consistently finding myself on the edge of giving up only to hit another ridiculous set piece that raises more questions than it ever answers but DAMN you just can't help but lean in to it: boy this game is fucking dumb ha ha

Me, respectfully, at my actual human person wife from Livejournal, met twenty odd years ago & married for approaching ten of 'em. Actually scares the hell out of my when I see things like the Online Safety Act, legislation that almost certainly would have prevented me from. idk. existing, honestly.

Time to do one more of these before I disappear for the night? YOU BETTER BELIEVE IT. GET READY FOR THE NEXT BATTLE

Jin Kazama sluttily removing his jacket to reveal the low neckline of his partially buttoned shirt and looking all broody about it, this is probably his war crimes era but please just. just don't think too hard about that part.

Hwoarang sporting his curly lil Tekken 8 man bun that I love so much, perfection. (he is thinking about jin kazama his gay support rival)

Anna Williams, who I am told looks over-designed in this iteration but turns out idgaf because she's never looked better

There are actually SO many characters the last Tekken slot could go to depending on the day, but Leroy is always a fan-fucking-tastic choice and also this way I get to include the REAL mvp, SUGAR THE SNUBSNUB

Among other things, Fel suggested Misc Shoujo Girlies, and since I've been failing them so far LETS GET SOME GIRLS. These girls are from different genres tbh and I'm totally ignoring how the meme works at this point but FUCK IT, girls from things I wouldn't have a meaningful 4 characters from!

Ahiru/Princess Tutu, quite possibly the most important girl in the WORLD god

Honoka Love Live, who was kind of ADHD self-recognition for me before I ever even had the first inkling, thanks forever best girl

Nina Einstein... and please, never forget: Code Geass fucking sucks

Xelha, and I totally could do Baten Kaitos as a whole but Xelha is my queen my angel my forever girl and no one else really holds a candle so HERE SHE IS

Gargant @itsgargant.bsky.social · 01/10/2026

Final Fantasy, but, like, the whole franchise.... no.... it is too hard...... WHY AM I DOING SO BAD AT REPRESENTING THE LADIES, misogyny is real......

Cloud Strife, and I can not fully express to you how much it pains me to have him as a Top 4, how did this lil sicko bag of nerves disguised as a jock sneak up on me like this, fuck you

Ardyn Izunia, from a game I DO NOT EVEN LIKE VERY MUCH, there is nothing I would not do for the disgusting grungy hat man

Zidane Tribal, honestly bringing hardly ANY mental illness to the table, good work buddy!

Lightning, but hyper-specifically Lightning during the Lightning Returns era because I am bananas for Side Quests: The Game, FF:LR is THE game of that trilogy and I will fight for its honour forevermore

POKEMON HUMAN CHARACTERS ONLY EDITION FOR @kohakhearts.bsky.social , gameverse because that is what I know best. Also not going to do more than one per region or else it's triple Alola, oops. Shout-out to Flint for being a Fire guy in THAT region, and Chairman Rose for eliciting dark feelings teehee

ya boy Guzma, who you can always assume I am having perfectly normal thoughts about

Janine the Poison Type master! You ever just have a soft spot for a character for no clear discernible reason? That's my girly Janine

Alder, world's most forgotten champion, and a SAD OLD MAN YOU SAY ye ye ye ye ye

BERSERIA FOR @shiguroku.bsky.social !!! I'll be very very honest, we've only played through Berseria one (1) time and it was a while ago, I am confident my answers would be different if I played it again. That said, here they are! (wow this is a really stupid mix of fairly minor characters lmao)

$Shigure Rangetsu, disgusting jock king, please frickfrack ur brother and also artorius.$ Kamoana my beloved daughter, I will always adore u my problematically designed child

Kamoana my beloved daughter, I will always adore u my problematically designed child

Innominat, and wait a minute, could it just be that Berseria has all the problematically designed children? Keeps them in my pocket...

Silva..... god............... i would do anything for you, baby boy........ i'm so sorry ;___;

Bunch of nice folks on the timeline posting this, and now I SHALL JOIN THEM. Ask for a specific fandom if you like, otherwise you will get what you get!

A simple meme banner stating "1 like = top 4 favorite character of a series". Kind of amazing we're all using this low res banner with a typo, now that I'm sitting here writing out the alt text for it. I WILL TELL YOU MY 4 FAVOURITE CHARACTER

Gargant @itsgargant.bsky.social · 01/10/2026

it is dangerous to commit to favs until you finish, it is true! Fel is extremely strict about this as well. it is okay though I know your favourite character so far is that one minigame where you have to sneak past those guards in shinra HQ.

You mean... Evelyn Ash isn't genuinely impressed by the characters and narrative moments I created? And doesn't really want to make an interesting Comic or Webtoon adaptation? God damn it. At least I know EvelyneLaurent would never betray me. She loves the characters and narrative moments I create.

Good evening! I saw this message a few days back and actually DMed you because I was excited at the possibility of buying a print of this from you. I haven't heard back, which might be intentional on your part - no worries if so, I was being a bit presumptuous and apologise for any rudeness!
