My first time watching #TheSecretAgent 20 minutes in, already there’s been a human leg cut out of a shark’s belly and a cat with 2 faces, plus it’s so COLOURFUL. I’m in love with it already.

RIP Angry Anderson, thank you for the most iconic tv moment of our childhood. Honestly, this song had no business being THIS good. #AngryAnderson

Seriously, does he not have a PR team? If he does they deserve to be fired

#LetterboxdFriday #LastFourWatched I wish we lived in a world where Sian Clifford could gain some proper recognition this award season for her performance in Lady.

Saw this last night at #TheBarbican. Quite possibly my favourite performance of this year. #SianClifford youtube.com/watch?v=MuJH...

She gave us a huge pride anthem a couple of months late but that’s ok, we don’t question her genius youtu.be/m2bgsLp943A

I know it’s too early for this chit chatter, but I don’t want to live in a world where Samantha Morton and Penelope Cruz aren’t Oscar nominated next year

I see alot of people under the age of 40 posting Madonna album rankings, and that’s lovely, and I understand they’re approaching it objectively. But if they don’t remember Like a Prayer being released, if they didn’t live through that phenomenon, I must take these rankings with a pinch of salt

What a song. But surely not 23 years ago? Time for Ur girlfriend to marry you and have two kids who are now at university.

As much as I’m enjoying #ConfessionsII I think the reason I’m not fully connecting with it, or don’t have it anywhere near my top 5 Madonna albums, is because for the most part it’s the production that’s front and centre. It doesn’t ‘feel’ like a Madonna album proper until the last 5 songs.

First listen. Fantastic. Her best album since Confessions 1. A worthy sequel. I think I speak for us all when I say she needs to go back and re record the whole thing without those damn grills in her mouth.
