i look nothing like myself and it's been a little upsetting lately.. i feel so brittle and everything hurts, sitting hurts, laying hurts, even using a cushion hurts, i look so gross and sharp i just want to feel better :(((((( hopefully after my bloodwork comes back i'll have some answers..

that's true, i feel like i improved a lot over the past year or so but i've felt a little stuck as of late. i know some of my issues will stick with me forever, which is difficult to come to terms with. but ultimately i want to be happy, so i will keep trying as long as i'm here

i'm really proud of how much better i've gotten at cooking!!! i think a big motivator for me was that i love cooking for my partner, they seriously enjoy everything i make (plus it helps take my mind off of things that make me sad) so i want to continue making good food forever!!!!!!

whenever i go out, i feel like i'm skinwalking as myself if that makes any sense. i have to act like myself because i forget how to do anything when i'm around a lot of people and i feel like people know i'm not myself and i feel really bad because i'm not purposely trying to be awkward or weird

i was on my way home and this guy kept following me around and wouldn't leave me alone.. i had to run into a restaurant and get help because he wouldn't leave me alone.. going out is already hard for me why does this have to happen too..

whenever i think about what i want to eat, the texture and taste of the food is important but the most important aspect is how it'll sit in my stomach if that makes sense? like will it sit lightly, heavily, will it be solid, liquid, etc. i think that contributes to my pickiness when it comes to food

from my painting i've learnt that i no longer treat the canvas violently. i want to treat my art gently and kindly, i want to spend time with it and cherish the time i have with it. i think it was a gradual change but it suddenly became apparent to me

ai art is bad. it's bad because it steals art from artists without their permission. when you feed art into ai it stays in the database forever, so future generations will draw bits and pieces from it and/or completely copy it. you disrespected me and my art by feeding it to ai, so you were banned

i was barely wearing any makeup and didn't even have my bangs down and a girl in my class said i looked really pretty..! that really made my day because i've been too depressed to really do my makeup or dress up lately.. people can be so sweet ;_;
