Lessons from living in the EU: - nobody is fat. Nobody is -thin- either…. normal is Normal. This is so much more mind blowing than you think it is. - Julia Roberts, Steve Carell, Arnold, Dua lipa, Jude law….all over commercials. In the US, being in a commercial is career suicide.

I need a nope box. When my stuff is on the kitchen island, the couch console, the dining table…I can ask, “Does this belong here?” If not, put it in the “nope” box. Once a month, empty the nope box. If I lose something, check the nope box. Company coming over? Everything in the nope box!

One of my favorite activities is watching my husband try to do any basic task and talk at the same time. The oatmeal gets way too much nutmeg, dirty dishes get loaded on top of clean ones, whole household items are rendered invisible. It is marvelous to watch in action. I love him so deeply.
