Our view for the next 10 days. Not sure if it's actually considered a mountain or just a really big hill, but Episkopi is just stunning

A mountain view from a garden terrace, the rest of the village of Episkopi behind us. Blue sky's and fluffy white clouds drifting over the mountain, a patchwork of scattered trees, rock strewn ledges, and sandy bluffs

The wizard decided last night that this box (that he dragged out from under the bed) was a better place to sleep than his bed If it fits, I guess

Mith, and white kitten, curled up asleep in a yellow cardboard box, hugging his own tail

The same kitten as the previous photo, still in the box, but now instead of being curled up in it, he is more stretched out, his head on one edge of the box using it as a pillow, and one of his front legs stretched out, using the closing flap of the box as a rest for his paw

My garden 💜 We even found a hidden patio at the far end It's beautiful I managed to find a very unhappy a purple/pink hibiscus, which is now recovering in a nice big pot and I should be able to plant up next spring, and we're going to be putting in a Buddleja and a red Acer, as well as some

A long, rectangular back yard. There is a patio in the foreground, that leads on to a bed of blue & purple slate. Trees and plants run down the left-hand side of the garden, with big brown sleepers separating it from the slate. At the rear of the garden there is more greenery, and a tree slowly weaving it's way through a black metal archway, which leads to the back gate, a hidden patio, and some out of the way storage for bins and recycling

Rileys right hand, palm up, showing the biggest flare of their pustular psoriasis they they've had on their hands since being diagnosed used with the condition. Most of the palm of their hand is covered in pustuals, some still in tact, a yellowish colour, the rest a deep red in colour where some of the pustuals have start to heal, before the plaques of skin form

Kitchen cleared and all is ready for our new fridge freezer and washing machine to be delivered and installed. Gutted the big American style fridge freezer doesn't work, but we'll survive with a normal one 😂

A long view of the kitchen/dining room in Rileys new home. Boxes of recycling, a clothes airer, and a pile of laundry can be seen in out of the way areas around the room, but there is a large clear path going it's full length. At the far end on the wall above the work surface is a wall clock. To the left, about half way down the room, is the big grey American style fridge freezer that's broken

As the shoe gets removed for the night, it's time to get the KT tape out. Black and pink for this rather painful broken toe. Doctors were amazed if been walking around with it. A 1cm crack extending up from the base of my first metatarsal. Probably a stress fracture as I can't recall injuring it

$Rileys right foot, strapped up with black and pink kinesiology tape (black as anchor points wrapped around in line with the ball of the foot, pink used for funtional taping surrounding the toe itself) to immobilise/splint the fracture in their big toe (as advised by the doctor in A&E).$

The rats decided that the KT take is chewable, even when attached to my skin, so had to re-tape. That being said, it's a much more symmetrical application, with even stretch across all the straps, and it's lovely to not have my elbows massively overextend every time I straighten my arm

A selfie of Riley in a black vest top with grey fingerless pressure gloves on. You can see that their left arm is strapped up with blue and pink KT tape, and they're holding one finger on that hand to their lips is a 'shush' gesture. On the same wrist, they have a black NOTCH bracelet with three 'notches' (engraved cylindrical charms/beads) on it - two purple, and the third, sat between the two purple ones, is green.

The rat cage can be seen over their left shoulder, but the rats aren't visible

Its 6am and I'm having to strap up my damn elbows because for some reason they've decided their job is just too difficult right now Kinda dig the pink and blue though. Having the different colour tapes definitely makes trussing myself up like a turkey a slightly less crap experience

Rileys right arm resting at their side, their hand resting on their thigh just out of shot. Their arm has three straps of KT tape on it - two blue ones crossed at the inside elbow, with a third in pink running down the inside of their arm adding a 3rd cross over the inside of the elbow

We may have figured out a way to afford a move to my hometown - will know more tomorrow. The stress of living in this flat has been awful, and just the possibility of being able to get out, sooner rather than later, is a massive weight off our shoulders. Also, a pic of my boys being adorable.
