Banning OSCE election observers is a clear sign of possible election fraud. trump’s administration can’t afford to lose and may be ready for anything. And if they do lose, what then? Armed intervention by ICE or Hegseth’s military? Hegseth has had plenty of time to pick the right generals.

Ukraine’s military capabilities never cease to amaze me. Though maybe they shouldn’t. Ukraine was already a high-tech powerhouse in Soviet times. The engineering skills are still there, maybe they just needed a wake-up call. If they built the Antonov An-225, they can certainly build drones too.

Kaliningrad is a powerful symbol for russia. If the Kremlin and putin have any sense and want to keep it, they’d better not start a war in the Baltics. The Baltic Sea would close, leaving Kaliningrad isolated. NATO isn’t going to invade it. Why bother?
