Have a multimedia wheel with paddles that was pulled from a B7 Passat, did a full teardown and cleaning of the internal components, then stuck on some paddles. They're not coming off, those Chinese paddles come with really bad adhesive, so I just superglued them on.

Galaxy S24. According to the customer, they accidentally dropped a steel hood closed with this in the path. It was still working when it came in, which is honestly amazing.

Fuck it, I'm going back on the wheels. There's a lot needed for the offset of those three spoke wheels, and the money thrown at getting it all done right eats into the budget, hard. I'm going back to the previous idea of Konig's MRK1 turbofan wheel.

The exhaust did not go well. I'd have take more pictures if it did, but it is on the car. The problems started with the but behind the wheel maybe mixing some stuff up, and having to cobble everything together. Also we blew up some o2 sensors with an impact and that was honestly pretty funny.

Two of the studs broke, so they were grinded smooth and shot out the other side.

The old exhaust from header back. The mufflers and catalytic converters are absolutely massive compared to the new ones.

I have a problem. I really, really like three spoke wheels. There's an inner child that never shut up about them since 2003, and I'm slightly hellbent on satisfying the inner child... And the Golf is a very interesting car to try to do it on, and it has lead to a lot of new things learned.

New bits for the MK6 Golf project, specifically all the exhaust from the header back. Bigger diameter piping, better flowing mufflers, and lower cell catalytic converters. I'll unbox the cat pipe and cat back later, hopefully I can get this assembled and welded up in maybe a week or two.

I bought this goofy thing for local PCC competition, and an idea for fitting helical magazines onto it. Weird little mutant called the WASR-M.

Front angle. Despite coming from the factory with a cleaning rod, it had been neutered of its bayonet lug.

Side angle. While a strange rifle, it's remarkable well engineered with off the shelf components where needed. It's a full 7.62x39 reciever with the barrel pressed in further, and an adapter for Glock magazines.

I hate this stock so much. It's way too high, and needs to be replaced.

I was chasing a G3 for years, finally got one in the form of a Century Arms CA3. Normally I stay away from the brand, but these for built for them by PTR, a well known builder. To my knowledge, this is a Portuguese parts kit, build on PTR tooling bought from Portugal, made in the states.

At some point in June, I dusted off a cheap sim rig and decided to see if I could fit a real steering wheel to it. Several hours later, I converted a G920 for a real wheel, while retaining its controls. #3dprinting

After the crash, it took maybe a month to find something I wanted, so I got a MK6 Golf with the 2.5 "07k" engine. Within the month, modifications were done, one for necessity, some for just a little more power and noise, but probably not much since it hasn't been tuned.

Used Injen intake off of eBay, with a Hybrid Racing velocity stack filter.

Engine cover used to house the intake tract and filter. It was gutted and put back on, since it looked fine.

The old splash guard was falling off, so the car immediately got some armor in its place, with lowering also in mind, since I'm paranoid as hell. Also the stock oil pan is merely cast aluminum.

New project on the horizon. I'm not the kind of person to pass a clone off as the real thing. This is a MAC 1014, a Turknelli. No gobblers cope in this space, I know what it is. Never had the chance to mod a semi-auto shotgun before, so this'll be a fun build.

Installed magazine extensions, bringing the magazines from 17 to 20 rounds. Suprised how thought out they are. They used a knurled screw to keep the mag body in place. I guess having the flat lanyard cap on the grip is worth it.

A long term gun project I've had is a Samurai Edge to the spec of "an officer spent a little too much time in the police armory". Not much is done, grips from D.S. Grips, stainless guide rod, and a gas pedal takedown lever. Needs a full trigger job, compensator, maybe a light. Shoots great as is.
