I live where they are supposed to be banned. Yet I’m well aware teens have not stopped using social media. VPNs might have a limited life but that just means other solutions will spread in that time. (Also remember prohibition of use by government never works.)

Kids just found work arounds, from VPNs to put their location at different places to simpler hacks. This in no way stops kids accessing social media if they want.
