Coreweave hearing me chant about their stock price. Their debt is $56 billion, their market cap is $36 billion. Their debt has 15% interest, maturing in 2032. Coreweave is part of the AI circular financing scheme. If it goes down, it takes others down with it.

Well... So far so good. I still need to figure out the fit and finish of the top half because it's printing in two pieces.

I know this feeling all too well..... ;_; Me trying to build out not only a decent fursona head to 3D print but trying to figure out the placement of the strap loops for this.

Iron Raptor, friendly robot dinosaur @ironraptorstudios.art · 06/10/2026

Version 2.3 of my fursona head mockup is done. This one has sturdier struts and it does actually do the teeth snarling function. I just need to figure out where to put the elastic band so it snaps shut again, and what sort of elastic band to use.

WHY. WHY THE FUCK WOULD YOU WANT TO BREED THIS THING?!?! Like... it's bad enough this horse has short spine syndrome, the way it's hooves are planted on the ground is just... no. Absolutely, the fuck, no.

Progress? Using @getplasticity.bsky.social to make this. Eagerly waiting for the 26.2 update but in the meantime I'm figuring out how parts intersect and also figuring out how the jaw will move. Some things will need to be sacrificed but.. we'll see how this goes.

Revisting the model of this, I've been using a 3D scan of the Jurassic World Blue head as a base and modeling around that as the proportions so I can actually see through the eyes. We'll see how this works out. I would theoretically love to have the eyes printed in transparent red resin but... eh

So there's apparently a Metal Cardbot W musical and this is the official cosplay of Grand Blue Leon... HOLY SHIT

This was my joy. And I say this as I was bawling my eyes out at what basically was Peter Cullen's last performance as Optimus Prime.

Waiting for The Transformers The Movie to start with Prime himself.

I love this figure. More so that Blastrain's arms kinda sorta will fit on the shoulder slots

They have China exclusive card weapons that turn into animals. I am on the hunt to try and get those.

You keep using that word, Etsy, I do not think that's what it means...

They replaced the very cringe campy "Sorry We Killed Your Father Figure" movie poster for The Transformers The Movie with a poster done by Matt Ferguson. I feel this is far... FAR more fitting for this movie, especially given Peter Cullen's passing.

How it feels being a Transformers fan diving into Metal Cardbot, the toys AND the show. (art not by me)

These will be the products and businesses in the US that will be affected with the 20 billion dollar counter-tariffs Canada is implementing. #cdnpoli

Considering the Donroe Doctrine and what the US demanded from Canada, this was never a good faith negotiation and more a solidification of powers to treat Canada as merely a country in name only. #ElbowsUp #cdnpoli

I am safe from this because they're sold out of this particular colour scheme. Otherwise.... My wallet would be in danger...

Coloured nothing. They used generative AI to mock up the toy. Hard pass.

Agreed! As a "geewunner" I have been smitten by SamG's offerings. Tachy and Tyrant Zero being two of my faves

Honestly genuinely loved being at Canfurence and just enjoying the community. Didn't take a lot of pics but mostly cuz I was too busy enjoying everyone's company! The Transformers door though slayed me everytime it opened.

First custom comm of the con done! Sold alot of the anti AI stickers. With a lot more to go around! I dunno if I'll be doing Artist Alley tomorrow but I will be bringing My Son around so I'll be easy to spot.

Got the jaw printed. But I rushed a couple of things and the print failures happening absolutely have frustrated me. Alas this head won't be making it's gala debut at #canfurence. At least I don't have a dealer table this year to stress me out too.

Iron Raptor, friendly robot dinosaur @ironraptorstudios.art · 05/08/2026

I am 2 hours into a print before realizing that the hooks I had modeled into the jaw for the elastic collide into a section I had hidden to get space to view the interior. So..... I fucked up but I'm not restarting this print when @canfurence.bsky.social is LITERALLY a day away. Here. Have a WIP.

I don't know if you wanna gamble on this but there's a KO company making an upgraded SS86 seeker mold that adds transformable landing gear, gap fills the wings, torso gap filler, has swappable faces, and blast effects, for around $25CAD on AliExpress. So... Yeah just sayin

110

Iron Raptor, friendly robot dinosaur @ironraptorstudios.art · 05/08/2026

At this point... Out of spite to Hasbro, there's a KO SS 86 Thundercracker that fills out the wings, has torso gap fillers, transforming nullrays AND blast effects, FOR $25 CAD. You bet they're gonna make a Starscream that fixes so much of the original for much cheaper.
