So Wiseman or Bruce Brown will make the roster?

The Lakers have swapped Cole Swider out of the training camp roster for former Miami Heat two-way contract point guard Jahmir Young Because lord knows they need a ball handler to get through the preseason finale

Lo del PSG es una locura. Qué jugador es Doué, es una maravilla.

Well, I was thinking that Mamu and Goga are both from Georgia, this can help in regards to Luka. But yes, he can also help if Goga remains in Orlando 😂. Mamu is a very good player, I liked him in San Antonio.

Goga such a good drop coverage defender, I would be very happy to get him but I doubt Magic let him go for the same reason. Mamu was so good at center for the Raptors, even on defense but it helps to have Scottie Barnes next to him haha. Maybe JJ tires some Mamu/Vando lineups.

Goga would be a better solution than Looney. Perhaps Mamu can help.

It’s exciting! Did you see the play when Austin didn’t take the rebound to allow Kessler get it? It was a wonderful way of creating good chemistry!

I do as well, but depending on health (as we have been able to see being Sexton not available), another point guard would be nice, Bronny and Hardy are too similar.

The whole summer saying that the Lakers needed a wing, and now we realize that what they actually need is another PG and a backup center.

Seguramente es más fácil que no juegue ninguno de los dos a que jueguen ambos.

My main takeaway of the preseason is that the Lakers would have the best record of the league if they played always against Sacramento.

I’m surprised how back in the rotation is Will Richard, I always see him playing well.

I hope to see as less as possible Hardy, Bronny and Looney (I don’t even consider Knecht, even he seems convinced that shouldn’t be in the roster). Honestly, Vando is a much better and useful player than the others.

Right now, I believe Caleb Wilson is the favourite to win the Rookie of the Year.

Am I wrong, or the Mavs have started the game with 5 wings, none of them being PJ Washington?

I wrote about the battle for the backup guard spot between Bronny, Hardy and Chris Mañon in my column yesterday. Here’s a clip I shared of Mañon’s defensive playmaking and why that is the most NBA ready skill among all 3. He had his hands in at least 6 Warriors turnovers.

46 NBA players have been named to All-NBA or at least one All-Star team last 3 seasons Of those 46 the only ones who have played at least 65 games (magic number!) EACH of last three seasons are: - Bam Adebayo - James Harden - Shai Gilgeous-Alexander - Jalen Brunson - Nikola Jokic - Deni Avdija

Feels so unfair OKC keeps getting these good draft picks. Bad enough they were the best team in the league then you give them the 12th overall pick too 😭. Stupid Clippers haha

Really nice debut for Aday Mara vs the Pelicans. Moved his feet well to stay with Derik Queen on the move. Took a shoulder from Yves Missi and didn't go backwards before getting the block. This is really good stuff from Mara on the defensive end. Had some nice moments on offense too!

If it’s true that Ware is available, Pelinka should try his best to trade for him.

Based on last season's defensive impact data. These are the players on the roster who rated out as above average on defense. Kessler's data is useless since it was just 5 games, in the previous year it was in the top 90%. As for Reaves, he rated out as just average, as did Jake and Vando.

I know the Lakers are far from being a title contender. They would need many things to click to reach to that level. But. My feeling is that if Adou is a legitimate starter by the end of the regular season… Look out.

I remember that I subscribed to the NBA League Pass that year, worst season in Lakers history (I’m from Bilbao, Europe). Since then, I’ve watched all the Lakers games (including preseason and SL). I wake up early in the morning to watch them with a few hours of delay and then I go to work 😂😂😂.
