I'm certainly conflicted on the Metallica thing. I love Metallica, and being politically outspoken is not something they've been for a long time. If ever. Sure, they've had songs that touched on political topics, but the band does seem to go a certain way.

Finished Mina the Hollower. Definitely in the same league as the amazing Pipistrello. This game did a few things that I really really liked. For instance, in so many Zelda like games, you'll have a town. In that town, you have a store or two, a few people you can visit and that's it.

Forza Horizon 6 is sort of the perfect culmination of all sorts of crazy Forza shit. While it's been the same game for how many years now, it's the best one yet. Literally, my only gripe is that I can't just go into a playlist, select a race and start it from the menu. You have to fast travel.

I finished Adventures of Elliot tonight. It was pretty decent. I'll try any Zelda like game. What I liked was the combat and honestly the ability to dash everywhere. That was neat. I didn't care for the repetitive worlds and honestly the puzzles. The Switch 2 version is also not pretty. 7/10.

I wholly agree. My PS5 only exists to play some exclusives, which I buy on a physical disc. I honestly hate this idea. Hate it. The only thing that was keeping me with a console vs a PC was the physical discs. That's it. I love my Switch and hopefully Nintendo keeps the physical game thing going.

Pipistrello and the Cursed Yoyo is sort of like a perfect GBA game. In terms of scope and overall presentation. It's really a near perfect example of a game that knows what made Zelda games special. It has it's own unique flavor but it's great. Loved it.

With THPS 3+4 coming out soon, it's always a good time to watch normal streamers play these games. There's a very clear divide between people who've played these games a TON and the normal casuals. The game has an oddly high skill ceiling and I don't think that aspect appeals to 99% of the players.
