didnt even have to print anything, just popped out one of the gaskets on the face interface out and put everything on that recalibrated the volume limits, did some cable management, and the head is now 100% done!

the code is coding! need to tweak a couple of the viseme thresholds probably, and then get him mic'd up and put the code on my phone or something, but for the most part, he is 100% complete 👀 tail time

initial battery test very good :D had him running for 4.5 hours and only went down 24%. this should also leave some decent overhead for the LEDs of the armor for the fullsuit eventually, as well as any fans and a raspberry pi if i end up using that for control

few small final tweaks: - vinyl backing on cheek panels to prevent interior light bleed - reattached the voltage controller thingy (green zip tie was not planned) - redid the magnets for the left ear (right) so its more even

ended up having to redo the cuff on one of the paws like 3 more times to fix various things (squeaker got messed up, claws needed more stuffing), and have now started working more on the body w/ the scan I have of my lower body. I like this shape I think :D

spending 6 hours hand-sewing the claws really has me appreciating the mechanical genius that is the sewing machine anywho, i have to redo them because the blanket stitch looks like shit inside out on the minky. shoulda done more research first lol i have at least conquered spandex, and cuffing :3

got timelapse working properly on my chamber camera - some tail progress :3 (this is the middle section) printer the size of a washing machine makes these big parts so much easier lol, 2 more plates to go for the end of the tail and then assembly time #fursuitmaking #3dprinting
