Trump and O'Leary; You have it worse than I thought possible! Grampa Trump already got ran out of Canada for being a pimp. Anything involving any Trump coming back is a non-starter. If you send O'Leary back, he better be delivering the keys to the White House or we will never be friends again.😁

All on list but one on this list held that popularity with 3 or 4 major federal parties taking seats in parliament. Donnie T polling in the low 30s with a 2 party system.

We cannot help you. We do not understand! We do not understand, for example, how the Irish can have protest against Trump but not a single American marching to the White House with bad intentions. Just whining on social media; zero action. The time to ask for help is when the White House is afire.

The world moving on without the US is the vote the other side has taken. US will get better but is not accustomed to build relationships for a position of weakness.
001
Invalid Error @invaliderror.bsky.social · 18/09/2026
Of weakness. Rebuilding is possible but it will take generations, not years, not decades. Canada builds new ports for export, build trading agreements with EU, China, India, etc. A better future US foreign policy does undo that infrastructure/relationships that is being built without the US.

From Canada. Great article as one would expect from someone with your foreign policy experience. However, I believe you missed a few key points. Other governments get a vote. Other governments are building relationships elsewhere. The US needs to rebuild it's foreign policy from a position...

Policy can change quickly. Momentum and trajectory not so much. America is slipping down a pole. They have fallen from a tree and are bashing their face on every ugly branch on the way down. Two more years is a long time.

Correct. I do not understand how a country can watch itself go to hell in a hand bracket and doing nothing more than complain on social media. I would be too busy marching with bad intentions on all places of power. Americans historically claim they are proud of their country. Time to show it!

How is that there are protests against Trump in Ireland, but not a single American voter marching to the white house to burn it down. Americans are lame.

Not much to theorize here. 200,000,000 votes over the last 3 presidental elections. Trump is what Americans have allowed him to be. The American voter has morals and values problem.

However, separation still leaves Alberta land locked with only one direction to export energy - south into the US. Separation is the status quo with no options for further growth. Most Albertans want growth and diversity in exports.

Invalid Error @invaliderror.bsky.social · 05/09/2026
US tariffs hit British Columbia and Quebec hard (13% gdp) while hitting Alberta at less than 1% gdp. Quebec and British Columbia are to two provinces that have blocked Alberta oil and gas from salt water export. Separation is fuelled from this blockage.

Invalid Error @invaliderror.bsky.social · 05/09/2026
Separation movement in Alberta is smallish (about 8%) but loud. In October there is a provincial wide vote to have a separation vote somewhere in future. More noise in Alberta about US midterms than Oct separation vote. Tariff structure was clearly meant to cause resentment across the country.

Right from your own bio - "… let’em get what they voted for …" Actions speak louder than words... inaction is even louder. Hiding behind your mom while Trump is raping your children and screaming for mercy is pathetic. When are YOU going to do something?

America is not a product of Trump. Trump is a product of America. It is not just 2 elections. Trump got 60,000,000+ votes in each of last 3 consecutive presidential elections. Americans support him, encourage him and do nothing to stop him. Voting that many times for a rapist is a moral problem.

IMHO Canada has earned the right to interfere with US midterms by match tariffs, withholding energy exports and selling 100s of billions in US T notes and bonds. Trump has found in ass hanging out in the wind. Time for someone to spank it.

Invalid Error @invaliderror.bsky.social · 23/08/2026
Trumps tariffs structure appear to be built around sowing further discord around separation. More Canadian sovereignty interferance.
120
Invalid Error @invaliderror.bsky.social · 23/08/2026
Currently, Canada's largest oil producung province (Alberta) has a small but significant separation movement happening over pipeline blocking by other provinces.
110
Invalid Error @invaliderror.bsky.social · 23/08/2026
Canada has no pipelines running from the biggest oil producing areas to salt water ports. Ironically the two provinces that will be hit hardest by Trumps tariffs are the same provinces that block pipelines to salt water ports. Those provinces block cude sales to Europe.
110
Invalid Error @invaliderror.bsky.social · 23/08/2026
Canada and US need each other for this reason. US tariffs have almost no effect on the oil producing parts of Canada.
110
Invalid Error @invaliderror.bsky.social · 23/08/2026
Canada exports heavy cude to the US. The US produces light light oil. Both are inefficient to refine by themselves. The US blends the two for efficient refining making it profitable to export. No heavy crude, no efficient yields, no exports and no profit.
120
Invalid Error @invaliderror.bsky.social · 23/08/2026
Important distinction here. The US is not what Trump made the US be. The US voter made Trump what Trump is.
010
Invalid Error @invaliderror.bsky.social · 23/08/2026
Not a tariff. Export tax possibly. Or just shut the tap off all together. $10/gal for fuel to go vote in the midterms should bring clarity to US voters

In just the last decade 2016, 2022 and 2024. It has been a trending pattern of the American voter for quite some time.

He would if that energy power was shut off as the markets opened on the first Monday of November. That would also be a good day to sell $481 billion of US T notes and bonds. The American people get a vote to cripple Trump; use it wisely.
140
Invalid Error @invaliderror.bsky.social · 23/08/2026
So, shutting off oil, gas and electricity exports to the US an hour before markets open on the first Monday of November should motivate the US public to vote correctly the following day? Carney is correct; I will take a few months of pain to watch that.
