I have always championed the G5 being part of this. My counter for those who want them excluded is fine, all P4 teams have to play 12 P4 games: 9 conf games, 3 OOC (incl ND). See how many 11-1/10-2 teams you get that way.

So the ACC tiebreaker that put Duke in is the same as that used by every P4 conf. It was the same calc that put Bama into the SEC CG, but even after they got drubbed, no one is calling it crazy. Just wish college football ppl who know better would cover it correctly.

Crazy part is that their schedule is so soft, they might still go 7-5 or better. Of the top 9 ACC teams in the preseason media poll (ex UNC at 8) they only play two - Clemson and Duke and they get them both at home. Bubba must have paid off the schedulers.

The current nuclear nonproliferation regime requires a US government that isn’t acting in a chaotic and unpredictable fashion. There are a number of countries that have the capacity to build a nuclear deterrent on a 3-18 months timeline who haven’t because they have relied on steady US leadership.
