You are talking about 'we humans' and 'globally'. I'm pretty sure a huge portion of humans, globally, are not complicit. Probably a billion or two. And even in the upper 10% of wealth and income you'll find many humans 'globally' who very successfully managed to significantly reduce their impact.

Where exactly is she denying rising emissions? The claim she is referring to is the 'all of us' one. And that there are big differences in the growth/decline of emissions depending on nationality, culture and political spectrum.
