requiem + the storm when i finish something i hate it. so i finish things long before they come out. i’m often surprised by the songs that stand out to people in the long term. the storm was one of those. it’s about a recurring nightmare i have 🌲 #misanthropytreesandsnow youtu.be/VfZQFY7syVw?...

flawed theodicy: the problem of evil now alive and kicking in cst zone theodicy is a theological or philosophical attempt to explain essentially why evil exists if the universe is run by a good deity. no answers here, but seems like a good theme for punk/goth/metal. i honestly don’t know 🌲

1/ music is a refuge for me, an escape, catharsis. so is living in a shed in the woods. i don’t use it as a vehicle for ideology but i think it’s clear where i stand politically based on many of the themes that have made it into song.

facebook is a dumpster fire at this point (and not in a good way). i used to have “fun with scammers” who slid into my dms, wasting as much of their time as i could, getting a few laughs, then banning and reporting them. i have enough of a backlog to keep it going daily for a while 😬🌲

i should share here more. such a music community once on twitter, still one on meta. new things take hold slowly. also i don’t understand “marketing.” what’s the purpose of it? what’s the point of being independent if you can’t do whatever tf you want? i got mild frostbite taking this. worth it 🌲
