A cross stitch commission to commemorate a lenghty discussion on The Monty Hall Problem. This was commissioned as a gift, now the recipient has 3 choices of where to hang it in their home, at which point they will have one option removed and given the chance to swap it. #crossstitch #crafts

A framed cross stitch piece featuring three doors, from left to right a yellow door, a red one, and a blue one. Alongside these is the text "Monty Hall Problem", in reference to the phenomenon from the TV show "Let's Make A Deal" where a prize is hidden behind one door. Contestants are asked to pick a door, and are then shown one of the empty doors, and given the choice to stick with their pick, or swap to the other door. This paradox has been referenced in an episode of Brooklyn 99, and even tested on Mythbusters.

Finally escaped the Dark Place long enough to photograph the reusable shopping bag I made myself based on #AlanWake by @remedygames.com I actually made the bag back in June of 2024, but I've been using it every time I've gone shopping since! #RMD30

A handmade reusable shopping bag featuring a design from the video game Alan Wake, made from calica fabric and iron fusable interfacing. The design is based on the in-game novel "The Sudden Stop", an outstretched hand and a gun laying in a pool of blood.
Beside the bag is the Angel Lamp from Alan Wake 2, from the Collectors Edition released by Limited Run Games. The lamp is switched off.

A pair of recent cross stitch commissions. These were fun, learning a new font and the challenge to split the wording across the three frames was a fun task. It's always a joy to work on the teddy bears for newborns. #crossstitch #crafts
