Got my best results yet with home milled, 100% whole wheat sourdough. The trick was separating the bran and scalding it, then developing a lot of gluten prior to re-including it.

This sourdough flavor combination is insane and pairs perfectly with honey butter: red miso + toasted buckwheat groats + black sesame and a hint of crushed fennel as inclusions. Dough is 50% whole wheat, 25% whole einkorn and 25% whole rye.

Not remembering all details from that research but I believe ACiQ white labels from both Carrier and their parent company, Brock Air Products, which appears to have multiple other brands (MRCOOL perhaps the best known). Oddly it seems they use Carrier both on the high and low end of performance.

Both TikTok & Meta built algorithms that push a lot of health *information* AND *disinformation* into people’s feeds. The public benefits from you being in those algo/insecurity-driven spaces with good info, but you also benefit from them being tuned to a disinfo hungry mainstream audience.

Your Bluesky approach will have to be different:

My little account on Heat Pumps has as many followers as you because I was included in a Starter Pack of experts *by* a fellow expert. So find the other allergists & health information advocates you admire. Create and promote a starter pack. Discuss papers with researchers on the platform. Be the expert you are with fellow experts and the mainstream will follow behind. A new social media muscle for you but the world will benefit!
