Cropped digital illustration by inkythoughts art for the We've Always Been Here Zine that both are credited on the bottom right corner as a watermark.
The foreground shows a vase with white lilies, symbolising lesbians in East-Asia, standing on a small table that also holds a binyeo (hair pin) and garakji (two rings), both signs of married women in the Joseon period. The midground features a married couple in Joseon-era hanbok with the wife leaning down to kiss her partner on the cheek, cradling their head tenderly. Her partner is dressed in men's clothing and hairdo with a light pink and blue colour scheme in reference to the trans flag while she is in women's attire in yellow and red, referencing the lesbian flag. They sit in front of a cosmetics chest with a mirror that shows two both in women's attire embracing each other and the leaning wife still happily kissing the other on the cheek. thank you so much for hosting 🥰 This is Endres my beloved, he is the Main Character of the fantasy palace drama I'm currently scripting

Endres laying in the snow eyes closed, his winter coat half-undone and his right hand holding a glove, with red camellia flowers surrounding him. His head is surrounded by a golden glow akin to a halo in Renaissance paintings.

character sheet of Endres Taiyong with a fullbody illustration of him in his courtly everyday outfit at age 24 with a half-up half-down hairdo and four other hairdos he wears/wore at some point (a high ponytail at age 15, a ponytail twist at age 19, and a french braid and a braided knot as an adult). the sheet also shows swatches of his skin, hair, and eye colour as well as more info: "pronouns: he/him, gender: male, sexuality: bisexual, height: 183cm birthday: 30th September, zodiac: Libra | water goat, voice claim: Hu Xia"

preview of my zine piece for @taplingzines.bsky.social's We've Always Been Here 🌈 Joseon woman giving her wife a little smooch 🫶 🏳️‍⚧️

A cropped version of a digital monochrome sketch. A night scene by an open window with a lantern shining into the room an illuminating the scene. Two women in Joseon dynasty attire hold hands while the woman on the right leans down to cradle the other woman's face in her hand and give her a kiss on the cheek. The woman on the right is wearing a women's hanbok while the other is wearing a men's hanbok. Insects are swarming to the lantern, amongst them a moth.

a little bit of #worldbuilding today bc I'm finally quite satisfied with the map I have for basically all things happening in #HeirsToTheCrown, the comic I'm writing atm! almost all of the plot happens in Yashida but it's still fun to dig into the different other cultures & have dignitaries etc

A political map of parts of a fantasy world. The central continent is almost island shaped and the southern continent borders the bottom of the map and is only partially visible. The central continent is connected to a northern continent via a landbridge but the northern continent is barely on the map.
