This is lowkey Captain Rainbow VS modern quest appearance crossovers today (And I LOOOOVE Captain Rainbow)

I was supposed to post the 3RD pic in this exchange because it's the biggest kicker - but I seemingly oopsy-woopsy'd to forgetting Anyway, WATCH THIS

Fortnite would never have budding yuri between Swedish enby fighting girl turned mecha pilot and British-Japanese captain.

Fortnite will never bring Chrom and Valkyrie together with latter being implied to be long-time friends with Tiki

Source: Me who played both PxZ & 2, lamenting how characters are often there to enact certain iconic moments or scenes from their games over building friendships, rivalries, etc during these adventures, outside of very few. Some potential character interactions are entirely skimmed over as well.

Fall is one pretty season no doubt~ Especially the sunny kinds where I get to observe the falling leaves from all the trees of warm color~ So happy to see you feeling energized with your fav season on full swing ☺️ ~ let me and Mete-Mete send you two some non-alcoholic glogg~

Most likely - but I really wanted to see Maya gush over Gemini being a cowgirl samurai with a mech -> Gemini getting her heart positively rocked by having gained a personal fangirl of sorts (THEN later on they'd discover each other communicating with souls of their sisters...) Ahh man I could go on

There's this bit in CBR's "Top 10 Worst Things Kirito has done" that sounds like it came from from some cracky crossover animation on Youtube where Animaniacs take Kirito to court because SAO-anime took their time-slot, using the "literally objectifying her" as the animation's crowning punchline. 🤣

Naturally made her into a mage - also found glasses for her later~

Just picked Mewgenics yesterday and one of the cat couples just brought me this from a literal summoning ritual they had. QANTHY???? Mewgenics-team loving their Utena, this game's even more based than I expected

So it's just nice that there's been more posts of Digimon-fans discussing this collab with SAO in a normal and sincere way (like what Digi Kirito could have) with less of usual of "Digimon gets to show SAO how a 'good isekai' is done" or getting hypochondriac over SAO "infecting" their precious IP.

110

IndyGotcha ~#CoyoteTrialReviews~ @indygotcha.bsky.social · 15/08/2026

I mean I saw some comments here and there which certainly closed near there but usually there isn't much proper comments actually engaging on these collabs with some sort of real interest or sincerity beyond that (like I still see .hack-fans being absolutely insufferable whenever SAO gets a collab)

110

IndyGotcha ~#CoyoteTrialReviews~ @indygotcha.bsky.social · 10/08/2026

That being said, the quote retweets on Xtter have more been excited interesting than disgusted at seeing SAO next to Digimon... I got kind of fortunate with this one.

110

IndyGotcha ~#CoyoteTrialReviews~ @indygotcha.bsky.social · 10/08/2026

Heheh~ I indeed did see already on Xtter! It's certainly exciting~! ☺️ One quote-tweet said about Kirito not deserving to have Agumon tho, lol - I feel Agumon's primarily there for advertising anyway 😛 but some suggested Kotemon instead which actually is an interesting choice from what I've seen?

Also makes me feel like GITS 95 could have easily had a Roger Rabbit-style "behind the scenes" mockumentary showcasing how Motoko and gang experienced working with Mamoru Oshii and his crew on the movie we got, especially with the way latter directed last movies of Patlabor or Urusei Yatsura...

Waking up to this art observing the carrot-patterned sleeves before being hit by a MOTHER-FECKIN' KICKSTARTER ANNOUNCEMENT FOR A NEW TENCHI-PROJECT was not on my list of expectations for this (currently pretty wretched) year. But man, do I feel so BLESSED. Let's ride this train together, Pardner~

Holy moly, I still can't believe!!!(For once this year brings me most good news...) I had gotten to Tenchi Muyo through Universe a few years back and even found some excellent friends over time through this series - definitely pitching all of my support see my dear gang back in action once again!

Anyway, I can't stop apparently eating because CAPCOM FULLY WENT WITH THAT IDEA, OH MY GOODNESSS I'm soooo happy they pulled her off this well, often I wish for controversial yet potentially charming characters to be given a good second wind. Not to mention how she had grown on me long prior SF6.

IndyGotcha ~#CoyoteTrialReviews~ @indygotcha.bsky.social · 05/06/2026

I had taken more curious light to Ingrid in Project x Zone 2 that had ton of fun with her irrevent nature her whilst speculating about how Capcom could revive her in some way that embraces her overall genre-defying nature but be much more whimsy with it. (She felt Deadpool-y enough) t.co/tVubom8deN

It'd be cool to explore fanart ideas between Dot Hack x Sword Art Online someday but former's fans still being spiteful at latter for petty reasons dampens me on exploring it somewhat. .hack's dormancy has never been linked on SAO's success. It's always been about Namdai's ignorance of CC2 instead.

Nintendo really did stare at the possibility of having many options within systems the most sought-out collectible in 3.0-update, locked behind 10 days of doing 2 rooms each for the hotel and needing NSO subscription to access them... And said: "One game for each system." At least make them FREE.

2000s brought us gay pairs in an virtual world/MMO setting, you just love to see it ~ (Yes I said 2000s because SAO' webnovels is where Alicization came from, that arc being finished in 2008)
