This is far beyond what we have attempted before and we pulled it off without a hitch on a high traffic day despite a brisk wind and cool temperatures. Every shift mattered. It was a very (May Day) strong showing. Very proud of our group.

May Day Strong! I want to thank all those who participated in our Overpass Protest. We occupied the Wilshire overpass from 2-6 pm and an estimated 12,000 vehicles (50 per minute) saw our signs. Many honked and gave us “thumbs up”, but some used other fingers. Glad we could annoy those snowflakes.
