1. find your gate asap during layovers and then you can go find food but keep an eye out that they don't suddenly change gates on you. Bring a book or 2. 2. for the flights: bring gum! your ears will pop a lot. 3. neck pillow or bring a coat u can roll up and headphones (happy flying! ✈️ )
