Thought I’d share my take on the current peanut noodle internet craze. It’s really incredible and so easy. Chili crisp gives a hot bite. I simmer my sauce a minute or so to incorporate the garlic and ginger.

Did you know you can make incredible refried beans with a can of pinto beans? Dump undrained in a pan add a 1/2 tsp each garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, cumin, 1/4 tsp salt and coarse ground pepper add more if needed. Mash with potato ricer while it’s cooking. Made me a salmon taco.

I just spent 2 hrs w a liberal whose entire orbit is MAGA. I feel like a world of negativity was dumped over my head. Everything is clouded by more horrible things are going to happen, like after the election. Even if we win….I feel like I need an exorcist. Thankfully I have ZERO MAGA in my life.

SALT TO TASTE in recipes is the dumbest thing. Ppl who have issues with salt are already prepared to revise the salt. Most ppl want to add salt without calculating per all the ingredients. Can't you just put WHAT YOU USE? SALT: To taste (I use 1 tsp.) Thank you for your attention to this matter.
