Twice now when I'm wearing a cartoon pin in public, along with the typical "I like your pin!" comes a follow-up, "What's the significance of it?" Well, that's new. And, apparently, "I like cartoons" isn't satisfactory because all I get back is a blank stare as if I short-circuited the asker's brain.

New old Looney Tunes jacket (first pic) to replace the jacket I bought way back in the early 90's and is pretty frazzled and thin (second pic). This was my first purchase from Poshmark and I must say I am impressed. Jacket is clean and has barely been worn.

Wooooo! MeTV TOONS is now available OTH in ABQ as channel 12-5!!! One more tiny reason to ditch my cable service. Also means I can have the TV in the garage tuned to cartoons while I work.

I am pleasantly surprised to see that, on its 3rd week on a Tuesday at a 4:35 PM showing, the theater for Coyote Vs Acme was still around 1/3 full. Maybe it's an Albuquerque thing. We gotta watch our guy.

Okay, I finally got into the LOTR world and read The Hobbit for my neighbor who wanted to know what I thought of Tolkien's writing style. I turned around and gave him Brian Jacques' Redwall to read, citing similarities. He liked it.

Anyone else notice how Foghorn Leghorn has been getting larger and larger? In Space Jam he was normal size. In LT:BIA he was about human height. In Space Jam 2 he was... considerable. Now in Coyote vs Acme he's gigantic!
