I had a really hard and necessary conversation with someone last night. I was eloquent and articulate, and I said everything I’ve been needing to say. And I’m afraid I’ll regret it the rest of my life. I think my heart is breaking, but it’s been breaking daily for years now.

The youngest person his pager attack killed was 9-year-old Fatima Abdullah, who had just started 4th grade. The pager was on a table when it went off and she picked it up to take to her dad. It exploded in her face and reports said it covered the room in her blood. She wanted to learn English.
