Rarity's art gallery look is one of my all time faves! When I realized I've never drawn it before I decided to fix that 💜 #mlp #mylittlepony #Rarity #mlpg4 #mane6

A digital drawing of Rarity from My Little Pony Friendship is magic. She is a white unicorn with a long purple mane wearing a red beret and black turtleneck. She is in front of a pastel diamond background.

Hodiaŭ mi eksciis ke oni povas uzi Libreoffice Esperante. Fakte, Libreoffice havas funkciojn nur por Esperantistoj; Ĝi povas ŝanĝi viajn x-ojn al literojn kun ĉapeloj! www.liberafolio.org/2026/08/27/l... #esperanto

Maybe it doesn't matter. My main interest is helping animals however I can.

Immy @immychan.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

From time to time non-vegans will try to make the argument that I'm mistaken about where animal products come from. I'm not sure why because I've seen what happens and read reports about it made by impartial parties.

I think the way in which I went vegan surprises a lot of people; I’ve never been vegetarian and never had any transition phase in which I swapped out individual items with vegan alternatives; I just had a bacon sandwich one morning and that was it, everything vegan from then on.

Just realised that having my PC set to use the Esperanto language causes my website to list months in Esperanto. I should probably find a way to fix that.

Signed up for a 4-night Esperanto weekend. I'm very nervous because I'm likely going to be the least capable speaker in the room. But I think that's okay and that I'll learn a lot 🥺 #esperanto

I think what a lot of neurotypical people don't realise is that ADHD can actually be painful sometimes. Like, I'm not talking so much because I'm annoying I'm talking so much because I have a lot of jittery energy and feel like I might pop.

Writing about TF at 2am is cool

It occurs to me that transformation writers have the difficult task of describing the transformation in a way that is somewhat relatable to people who (unfortunately) haven't transformed themselves while keeping the transformation appealing to the target audience

Immy @immychan.bsky.social · 26/09/2026

Reading a TF fic at the moment that seems to hold surprisingly little curiosity about what it would feel like to occupy a pony body. I'm not here to dunk on somebody else's writing, truly it's a great fic, but it does make me think that I need to write something that's closer to what I want

So, Cyberpunk Edgerunners is pretty good huh? Maybe the ending is a bit jarring and it features a few too many tropes for my taste but it more than makes up for that in being a stylish and enjoyable viewing experience that represents the video game very well.

Not sure who needs to hear this but do not give your ID or other personal information to Discord. Despite claiming to delete IDs and other information in the past in the past Discord have a track record of data breaches, requiring everybody to verify just makes them a bigger target.

I don't love the narrative trope in which somebody, by circumstance, becomes the most powerful, important or otherwise significant person in the room. Superhero films are the prime example of this I think.

TIL there's a combined drawing tablet and keyboard for the Apple Pippin that kind of looks like a little laptop.

Keyboard and a drawing tablet connected by a hinge in such a way that makes it look like a laptop

Went to an Esperanto weekend course this prior weekend; It was amazing! I met so many amazing people and improved my Esperanto! The only problem is that I had to go from having never spoken a word of Esperanto to anyone to having two days of classes entirely in the language, so now I'm very eepy.

It is possible to use a The Legend of Zelda cartridge to unlock the world selection option in Super Mario Bros., by swapping the cartridges without turning off the NES and performing specific actions in The Legend of Zelda before swapping back.

How to use The Legend of Zelda to unlock a world selection option in Super Mario Bros.
First, start up the Super Mario Bros. cartridge. This is necessary to set memory address 07FF to the value A5. TLOZ will not overwrite it, and SMB will need it to be A5 later.
Cartridge swap Super Mario Bros. to The Legend of Zelda. Do not turn off the power, instead just swap the cartridges and use Reset to make the console start the new game. TLOZ will be used to write a specific value to memory.
Start a new file and buy the blue candle.* You will need literally no other item, just the 60 rupees to buy it.
This is used to access the Level 8 dungeon. *Go right one screen, up two screens, and right six screens from the start to find the shop that sells it.
With the blue candle, open up Level 8**, and go to the room directly left of the entrance. This sets memory address 07FC to 20, which unlocks the level select in SMB.
**Go left one screen and down one screen from the blue candle shop and burn the conspicuous single tree.
Cartridge swap back to Super Mario Bros. Super Mario Bros. will look for A5 at 07FF, which it set itself earlier, and 20 at 07FC, which The Legend of Zelda just set, to unlock the level select.
Now, pressing B on the title screen will cycle through all worlds, allowing you to start the game on any of them, e.g. World 8-1. This would normally be accessed by beating the game, but this trick bypasses it.

Played some Scarlet Skips today. Addressing the elephant in the room: the graphics are very pretty and so is Scarlet. As for the gameplay, it's barebones but how much one has to change the timing of their jumps in response to upgrades keeps the game fun, it needs more content though. #scarletskips

Just realized that when Asda changed the outer appearance of their apple turnovers some time ago they'd also changed the ingredients and made them no longer vegan by adding egg, which I hadn't realised until now. #vegan #veganism
