I made mine in Canva Pro and I'm more than happy with how it turned out. The interface is super intuitive, and it has a "print check" feature that points out things that might need changing to show up clearly in print. Which for me, as a self-taught designer with no formal education, is super handy.

It's also a huge motivator to keep going because at that point, you've successfully made a game! There's obviously things you need to tweak or change that arise during play, but your initial goal of creating a playable game has been accomplished.
