Imaginary @imaginary-one.bsky.social · 18/07/2026I think “cool spider-man shirt” is either a tautology or an oxymoron. 010
Imaginary @imaginary-one.bsky.social · 15/07/2026They do advertise an enterprise plan. They call it "Typst for your organization." Their standard paid plan, while not specifically enterprise, does also appear to be intended for medium-sized teams, judging by what it offers. 100
Imaginary @imaginary-one.bsky.social · 15/07/2026The point of an OSS license is that anyone can freely use and extend the software, and it can't be taken away. The Apache license is explicitly irrevocable. You don't have to use their web app at all; I certainly don't. I assume its primary audience is enterprise clients (much like overleaf). 130
Imaginary @imaginary-one.bsky.social · 14/07/2026I’m confused by this. The Typst compiler is completely free, and can be used as easily as any LaTeX compiler. The Typst language is designed rather differently from TeX and makes many innovations. You seem strangely hostile about it. 150

Imaginary @imaginary-one.bsky.social · 04/07/2026You can usually avoid the past perfect. “I was there for an hour” feels more natural, imo. 010
Imaginary @imaginary-one.bsky.social · 24/06/2026Just out of curiosity, what type of semantics are you referring to? Since C only has pass-by-value, I figure it’s more straightforward than languages with mixed passing conventions, no? 110
Imaginary @imaginary-one.bsky.social · 05/06/2026That could be true in general, but I don’t think it’s relevant here. After all, “I see, not far from me” also rhymes in English. 000

Imaginary @imaginary-one.bsky.social · 06/05/2026Mix of c) and d) I guess. I just don’t like using Patreon in the first place and there are lesser-known creators I follow who I’d probably give a subscription first (no offense). Also, I watch on Nebula, so I don’t feel too bad about it. 000
Imaginary @imaginary-one.bsky.social · 29/04/2026It surprises me that many people in the replies notice that the email is weirdly written but seemingly don’t realize it’s at least partially AI generated. 010

Imaginary @imaginary-one.bsky.social · 19/12/2024Youtube used to have a feature that allowed the community to write subtitles. They removed it for seemingly no reason a few years back. There’s a short rant about it on jan misali’s channel. 000
