If you use a translocating herbicide there's a good chance it'll kill the oak, too. You could always spray the trapped part with a contract herbicide and the oak should be safe.

Work on the vine on days that are in Leo, Sagittarius, or Aries & work on it when the moon is in the 4th qtr. Those are the very best vegetation killing times. I don't know if you're into herbicides, but the best kind to use would be 1 that translocates; use it when the plant is actively growing.

BTW This is a regenerative farm geared toward pollinators. Thus, no chemicals. I'd be okay w/ regular fertilizer, but would gladly offer info on using non-chemical alternatives, making compost, & non-chemicals pest deterrents.

Yes & it's not. It was recently subsoiled & kept mowed. It's the area where I plan to plant olive trees, 20' apart in the rows, rows 25' apart. That leaves lg swaths of land w/ nothing on it. Thus, each lot would have small irrigated olive trees every 20' on each E-W side. About your wisteria...

That said, I'm thinking of a lot size of 100'x 25' and for water putting 55 gal plastic drums w/ a spigot on it up on blocks on each lot. Then the tenants can pay to fill their barrels whenever they wish. Would that still be something you'd be interested in?
