pretty one-sided about everything. it's really not that she doesn't care, she's just, well—she has a lot of trust problems. it's like pulling teeth even among the scions. but the fact she won't even share benign things about herself can definitely be off-putting!

the more you try to get close to her, you might notice some things. she's always willing to listen and let people air whatever they need to her, but it's really hard to become someone she'll tell much of anything about herself to; if you catch onto that latter thing you might start to feel

for what it's worth l'aiha and y'shtola didn't give her the gun she's just really good at magitek engineering. y'shtola is like "she clearly understands both how to use it and the gravity of it" and l'aiha, frankly, would be a bigger danger to everyone with it (would immediately misfire it)

no literally this kinda thing was my breaking point earlier this year 😭😭😭 100% sympathize. there's a lot of ways to be Very Mildly Rude/Mean online and as isolated incidents i really don't think they matter but the more people you follow the more it starts feeling like you're in a garbage disposal

between them that despite their established relationship mzia could, if she wanted, be l'aiha's daughter and l'aiha could be mzia's mother and y'shtola was simply l'aiha's partner and y'shtola and mzia had a neutral non-familial bond in turn! it evolves because i think it would in my shtola's case

grow and feel about so many things. the only reason my y'shtola is PUT in the situation to start thinking about any sort of "motherly relationship" with a kid is because of l'aiha, and even then, they originally agreed that wasn't something she had to commit to at all; it was perfectly comfortable
