i_like_hot_tea @ilikehottea.bsky.social · 09/10/2026I'm pretty sure a company can and should determine how it's product functions. I don't have a problem with their "why" transparency either. 010

i_like_hot_tea @ilikehottea.bsky.social · 02/10/2026Some of my friends, family, and family friends have always said, "Take Care". I noticed the insertion of "Good" as the closure on a work email response / goodbye to me when i'd wished them well in their retirement. I added the "of you" part later - i.e. my reply when employee calls in sick. 010
i_like_hot_tea @ilikehottea.bsky.social · 02/10/2026yah.Then "take care" is just more casual, less serious sounding - like something i'd respond to someone who said "have a good night" when exiting an elevator on their floor. It's a very "nice" person things to say, probably midwestern. 100
i_like_hot_tea @ilikehottea.bsky.social · 02/10/2026i recently started using it with updated context. i usually say or close with "take good care" or "take good care of you" after people divulging their problems Intended as a reminder to pause a moment to <insert selfcare example that helps them>, even if for only 5 minutes a day. 110
