I did the one in Aberdeen yesterday, Friday, early afternoon. It was like the Saturday before Christmas! With 2 other neurodivergent people, neither of whom can make a decision EVER, in a very crowded shop. Tore something in my shoulder lugging the basket, hoping I can move it for my MRI later.

The Magpie's Eye. Beautiful buttons, lovely note, sweeties (mums fav which she's swiped), and a beautiful extra button that omg I need a whole set! It's a dreich day here and they look so purple and moody in this light! I love them.

The cardi in progress, and buttons not yet arrived. This piece will be called the Icy January Cardi.

A top down, hand knit cardigan. The sleeve stitches are on hold and the body is around 10cm longer than the underarm.

The cardi is lay on a black glitter carpet that is showing various shades of dark grey to black.

The cardi is knit from 2 yarns held together. A cream yarn with turquoise and darker blue flecks, and a light, sky blue mohair. Together they form a cooler toned fabric, less cream, more blue. The blue flecks stand out against the cool cream/blue background.

Some buttons rest on a persons hand. They are a mix of silver, turquoise and purple glitter.

Use ALT text. It's relatively easy to do, you can set Bluesky to not allow you to post pics without it, and you can easily search up best practices for it. The added bonus is that you're more likely to get more engagement as well.

I went back to uni age 28. It wasn't until the week before Christmas break in 3rd year that any one of my friends clocked I was a decade older than them. I wasn't acting any age, I was just myself. I do have adhd and am quite immature, but turns out it was nbd, and my skin must of been looking good!
